Which platforms do you actively manage?+
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads and Pinterest as standard. TikTok and Snapchat on request. WhatsApp Business is treated as a channel too — we integrate it into the same content and response workflow instead of leaving it to a random team member.
How much content do you ship per month?+
Standard retainers include 15–30 pieces per month — a mix of static posts, carousels, reels, stories and one long-form YouTube or podcast piece. Content-heavy retainers scale to 40–60 pieces. Everything gets shot, edited, designed and approved in-house.
Do you shoot the content or do we need to send raw footage?+
We shoot on-site for Durg, Bhilai, Raipur and Rajnandgaon clients, and travel across India for launch events, product shoots and campaign work. For remote clients we coordinate local shooters or work with UGC creators; either way the direction, script and edit stay with our team.
How do you measure whether social is actually working?+
We track platform-native metrics (reach, saves, shares, DMs, follower quality) alongside CRM outcomes (qualified enquiries attributed to social, walk-ins tagged from Instagram, WhatsApp conversations converted). Vanity metrics get reported but never celebrated — the leaderboard on our dashboard is always qualified leads.
Can you take over an existing page without hurting the algorithm?+
